At SD Radiance, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Skincare or beauty products that have been unsealed

  • Personal care items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item delivered

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
